In other words, prospects should be able to access and view your content on a smartphone instead of just a desktop computer. Why is this important? Well, studies have shown that more people now access the Internet on smartphones than desktop computers. So failure to provide your audience with mobile-friendly content could end up costing you leads, and subsequently, sales.
