The industrial food and beverage capital projects increased by 24% YOY. 6% greater than 2020.

The industrial sector only had a 1% decrease between 2020 and 2021. 2020 dropped by 14% in comparison.

In healthcare, expansion was the big story in 2021 brought on by the pandemic. Since then, a 26% drop in January 2022.

Construction decreased in Jan 2022 vs January 2021 by 18%. 

Pharmaceutical increased by 56% over January 2021. In reviewing January 2020, a decrease of 29% was shown.
