COLORADO:
Grocery retail chain is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 614,000 sf distribution center at 6196 E. Bridge St. in BRIGHTON, CO. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
WISCONSIN:
Spice and seasoning mfr. is planning for the construction of a 200,000 sf processing, warehouse, and office campus in WEST BEND, WI. They have recently received approval for the project.
