Const Aug 26

Industrial SalesLeads announced today the August 2026 results for its planned industrial capital project spending report. The Firm's industrial market research team confirmed 400 new planned industrial projects during the month of August, a 2% decrease from July's rebound month, which had posted a 2% gain over June's 397 projects.

The August figure reflects a market that is trying to stabilize after Q2's gradual softening, which saw activity slide from 408 projects in April to 400 in May and 397 in June, a 2.7% cumulative decline over the quarter. July's uptick had signaled a potential turning point, but August's modest pullback suggests the industrial construction market remains in a period of cautious stabilization.

The following are selected highlights on new industrial construction project opportunities throughout North America.
