During the month of April, our research team identified 7 new medical construction projects with an estimated investment value of $100 million or more. The largest planned project is owned by Virtua Healthcare(Marlton, NJ), with a $1 billion hospital and medical office campus in Westampton, NJ currently in the planning stages.
