    Pet food mfr. is planning to invest $29 million for the construction of a processing, warehouse, office, and laboratory facility in REIDSVILLE, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    WISCONSIN:

    Food and beverage company is planning to invest $50 million for an expansion of their processing facility in EAU CLAIRE, WI.

     

    CONNECTICUT:

    Food processing company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 57,000 sf warehouse and processing facility at 21 Manning Rd. in ENFIELD, CT. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    INDIANA:

    Food distribution company is planning to invest $20 million for the expansion of their distribution center in FISHERS, IN by 69,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    KANSAS:

    Beverage distributor is planning for the expansion of their distribution center at 2300 Lakeview Road in LAWRENCE, KS by 118,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in early 2021, with completion slated for late 2021.
