Largest Planned Project 

During the month of January, our research team identified 2 new Food and Beverage facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more. 

The largest project is owned by South Mill Champs, who is planning to invest $$115 million for the expansion of their warehouse and processing facility in KENNETT SQUARE, PA by 900,000 sf. They have recently received approval for the project. 

Top 10 Tracked Food and Beverage Projects 

FLORIDA:

Fruit juice mfr. is planning to invest $98 million for the construction of a 320,000 sf processing facility in BARTOW, FL. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in April 2020, with completion slated for January 2021.

ARIZONA:

Beverage company has recently agreed to lease a 916,000 sf production and warehouse facility at Reems Road in GLENDALE, AZ. They have recently started construction, and will occupy the space upon completion is slated for Fall 2020.

GEORGIA:

Brewery is planning to invest $85 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades of their production facility in CARTERSVILLE, GA. They have recently received approval for the project.

IOWA:

Diversified food products mfr. is planning to invest $32 million for equipment upgrades on their processing facility in FORT MADISON, IA. The project is expected to start in July 2020.

ILLINOIS:

Meat processing company is planning to invest $27 million for an expansion of their processing facility at 12 Tucker Drive in CASEYVILLE, IL. Completion is slated for Summer 2020.

MISSISSIPPI:

Specialty frozen food mfr. is planning to invest $27 million for an expansion of their processing facility in OAKLAND, MS. They have recently received approval for the project.

NORTH CAROLINA:

Poultry processing company is planning to invest $60 million for a 38,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility at 251 Eaton Road in MOCKSVILLE, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

WASHINGTON:

Distillery is planning for the construction of a 220,000 sf production facility on Bay Ridge Dr. in BURLINGTON, WA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction will occur in two phases.

TENNESSEE:

Brewery is planning to invest $49 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of their production facility in MEMPHIS, TN. They have recently received approval for the project.

VIRGINIA:

Herbal tea company is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 125,000 sf processing facility in ROCKY MOUNT, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.
