    Paper products mfr. is planning to invest $145 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facility in DARLINGTON, SC. Construction is expected to start in March 2020, with completion slated for early 2022.

     

    WEST VIRGINIA:

    Diverse consumer products mfr. is planning to invest $190 million for the construction of a manufacturing facility in BERKELEY, WV. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    GEORGIA:

    Battery components mfr. is planning to invest $62 million for the construction of two manufacturing facilities in JACKSON COUNTY, GA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    INDIANA:

    Automotive mfr. is planning to invest $400 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility at 3660 US 31 in KOKOMO, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2020.

     

    LOUISIANA:

    Chemical refrigeration products company is planning to invest $40 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in BATON ROUGE, LA.

     

    CALIFORNIA:

    Aerospace company is planning for the construction of a 580,000 sf manufacturing facility in MARINA, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    OHIO:

    Specialty measurement equipment mfr. is planning to invest $50 million for the construction of a 230,000 sf office and manufacturing facility in MASON, OH. Construction is expected to start in late Fall 2020. They will relocate operations upon completion in 2021.

     

    PENNSYLVANIA:

    Biotechnology firm is investing $100 million and has recently started the construction of a 100,000 sf laboratory and processing facility on International Drive in PITTSBURGH, PA. Completion is slated for early 2022.
