    KANSAS:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning for a 400,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades at their processing, distribution, and office facility in SALINA, KS. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2022.

     

    COLORADO:

    Beverage company has recently agreed to pre-lease a 284,000 sf distribution facility in DENVER, CO. Completion is slated for Fall 2021.

     

    TENNESSEE:

    Food products supplier is planning for the renovation of their weather-damaged 151,000 sf distribution facility in NASHVILLE, TN. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    GEORGIA:

    Bakery products mfr. is planning to invest $10 million for the construction of a 31,000 sf processing facility on Browns Mill Rd. in ATLANTA, GA.

     

    IOWA:

    Meat products mfr. is planning to invest $20 million for the construction of a 66,000 sf cold storage facility on their processing complex in DES MOINES, IA. The project also includes the construction of a new processing, office, and laboratory facility at the site.

     

    INDIANA:

    Agricultural co-operative is planning to invest $5.6 million for the expansion of their warehouse and manufacturing facility in COLUMBIA CITY, IN by 37,000 sf. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2020, with completion slated for Spring 2021.

     

    KENTUCKY:

    Tobacco products distributor is planning to invest $11 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a distribution center in SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY. They have recently received approval for the project. They plan to consolidate operations upon completion.

     

    CALIFORNIA:

    Refrigerated trucking company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 239,000 sf cold storage and meal processing facility in FRESNO, CA.

     

    OREGON:
