    The largest project is owned by Red Bull North America, who is planning to invest $740 million for the construction of a 2 million sf processing and distribution facility in CONCORD, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Logistics service provider is planning to invest $88 million for the construction of a 1 million sf manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facility at 3000 State Dr. in LEBANON, PA. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is scheduled to occur in multiple phases.

    Tennessee:

    Automotive components mfr. is planning to invest $40 million for a 30,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and manufacturing facility in SPRINGFIELD, TN. They have recently received approval for the project.

    North Carolina:

    Plumbing equipment mfr. is planning to invest $34 million for the construction of a distribution facility in LUMBERTON, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Colorado:

    Beverage company is planning for the construction of a 1.1 million sf processing and distribution facility at 6972 N. Argonne St. in DENVER, CO. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in early Spring 2022, with completion slated for Spring 2023.

    Georgia:

    Hardware retailer is planning for the construction of a 1.1 million sf distribution center and office facility at 1231 Hog Mountain Rd. in JEFFERSON, GA. Completion is slated for Spring 2022.

    Alberta:

    Global online retailer is planning for the construction of a 600,000 sf distribution center in ACHESON, AB. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2022.

    Arkansas:

    Consumer products supplier is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 274,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 1603 N. 35th St. in ROGERS, AR.
