    ILLINOIS:

    Restaurant chain is planning for the renovation of a 125,000 sf processing facility at 900 Busch Pkwy. in BUFFALO GROVE, IL. They will consolidate operations upon completion in early Spring 2022.

    VIRGINIA:

    Specialty snack company is planning to invest $16.5 million for the construction of a warehouse and processing facility at 2840 Sprouse Dr. in RICHMOND, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    MONTANA:

    Beverage company is planning for the construction of a 140,000 sf distribution and processing facility in BILLINGS, MT. They have recently received approval for the project.

    PENNSYLVANIA:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 166,000 sf processing facility in ANTIS TOWNSHIP, PA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     MASSACHUSSETES:

    Diversified food products mfr. is planning to invest $5 million for the expansion of their distribution center on Cudworth Rd. in WEBSTER, MA by 130,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    MAINE:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 28,000 sf warehouse and processing facility at 20 Pomerleau St. in BIDDEFORD, ME. They will relocate operations upon completion in late Fall 2021.
