    Paper products mfr. is expanding and planning to invest $285 million for the construction of a manufacturing facility adjacent to their existing plant in SWEETWATER, TX. Completion is slated for late 2022.

    Austin, TX

    Aerospace company is planning to invest $150 million for the construction of a 390,000 sf manufacturing, laboratory, and office facility in AUSTIN, TX. They will relocate regional operations upon completion in Summer 2022.
