    The largest project is owned by Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc., who is planning to invest $460 million for the construction of a processing facility in DODGE CITY, KS. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2021, with completion slated for 2024.

    Restaurant chain is planning to invest $60 million for the construction of a 335,000 sf processing and office facility in SAN ANTONIO, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate operations upon completion.

     

    NEW JERSEY:

    Frozen food and ice-cream distributor is planning for the construction of a 344,000 sf office, warehouse, and distribution facility in LOGAN, NJ. They have recently received approval for the project. They will consolidate operations upon completion.

     

    WASHINGTON:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning for the expansion of their processing, warehouse, and office facility at 5310 Industrial Way in PASCO, WA by 260,000 sf. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    INDIANA:

    Beverage accessory designer and supplier is planning to invest $14 million for the construction of a 200,000 sf distribution center in HANCOCK COUNTY, IN. They have recently received approval for the project. They will relocate regional operations upon completion in late 2022.

     

    ALABAMA:

    Beverage distributor is planning for the construction of a 163,000 sf warehouse and office facility in MCCALLA, AL. They will relocate operations upon completion in 2022.

     

    OHIO:

    Meat products mfr. is planning to invest $10 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a processing facility at 3480 E. Kemper Rd. in SHARONVILLE, OH. Completion is slated for early 2022.

     

    GEORGIA:

    Bottled water mfr. is planning to invest $4.6 million for the construction of a processing facility in ATLANTA, GA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    COLORADO:

    Flavored vape mfr. is planning for the renovation of a 14,000 sf laboratory and office facility at 2039 Alma Ave. in PUEBLO, CO. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate operations upon completion.
