    Specialty beverage company is planning to invest $106 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 100,000 sf processing facility at 36 Barber Ct. in HOMEWOOD, AL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    MISSISSIPPI:

    Food processing company is planning to invest $61 million for the expansion of their processing facility in VICKSBURG, MS. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2022.

     

    TEXAS:

    Food processing company is planning to invest $58 million for a 40,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in SEGUIN, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    PENNSYLVANIA:

    Food bank is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 160,000 sf warehouse and distribution center on Diamond Station Rd. in EPHRATA, PA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    FLORIDA:

    Beverage bottling company is planning to invest $30 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 407,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility in WINTER HAVEN, FL. Completion is slated for Spring 2022.

    Food products mfr. is planning for a 100,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired processing facility in BELLE FOURCHE, SD. They will relocate operations upon completion in Spring 2022.

    Pet food mfr. is planning to invest $18 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility at 2325 Union Pike in RICHMOND, IN. They have recently received approval for the project, with completion slated for 2023.
