    SalesLeads announced today the Q1 2022 results for the new planned capital project spending report for the Power Generation industry. The Firm tracks North American planned industrial capital project activity including facility expansions, new plant construction and significant equipment modernization projects. Research confirms 36 new projects in the Energy sector.

    INDIANA:

    Electric and natural gas utility company is planning to invest $900 million for the construction of a pipeline and two natural gas plants in EVANSVILLE, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2024.

    IDAHO:

    Solar energy company is planning to invest $500 million for the construction of a 300 MW solar farm in AMERICAN FALLS, ID. Construction is expected to start in 2023 and will occur in multiple phases, with completion slated for 2024.

    NEBRASKA:

    Renewable energy company is planning to invest $300 million for the construction of a 310 MW solar farm in MCCOOL JUNCTION, NE. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    NEW JERSEY:

    Sewerage authority is planning to invest $180 million for the construction of a gas-fired power plant in NEWARK, NJ. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    TEXAS:

    Solar power company is planning to invest $115 million for the construction of a solar farm on a 1,750 acre site in CRAWFORD, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    ALBERTA:

    Geothermal energy company is planning to invest $90 million for the construction of a 10MW power plant in GREENVIEW, AB. Completion is slated for 2023.

     INDIANA:

    Solar energy company is planning to invest $88 million for the construction of a 75MW solar farm in ALBANY, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    ILLINOIS:

    Solar energy company is planning to invest $70 million for the construction of a 50MW solar farm on a 380 acre site in KNOX COUNTY, IL. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in 2023.
