    The largest project is owned by Boom Supersonic, who is planning to invest $500 million for the construction of a 400,000 sf manufacturing, hangar, and testing complex at Piedmont Triad International Airport in GREENSBORO, NC. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2024.

    Global online retailer is planning to invest $150 million for the construction of a 500,000 sf distribution center on State Road 52 at Bellamy Brothers Boulevard in SAN ANTONIO, FL. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Louisiana:

    Electric utility service provider is planning to invest $100 million for the construction of a 77,000 sf warehouse, transmission, and office facility in SHREVEPORT, LA. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2023.

    Connecticut:

    Global online retailer is planning for the construction of a distribution center at the Waterbury/Naugatuck Industrial Park in WATERBURY, CT. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Nebraska:

    Municipality is planning for the construction of an inland port warehouse and distribution complex in FREMONT, NE. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Mississippi:

    Global retail chain is planning to invest $90 million for the construction of a 1 million sf distribution center in OLIVE BRANCH, MS. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Texas:

    Beverage company is planning to invest $70 million for the construction of a 1.2 million sf processing, warehouse, and distribution facility at 1535 E. Beltline Rd. in LANCASTER, TX. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2023.

    Iowa:
    Cold storage warehousing and logistics company is planning to invest $60 million for the construction of a 500,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 225th St. in SIOUX CITY, IA. Construction is expected to start in early Spring 2022 with completion slated for early 2023.
