NEW YORK:

Medicinal marijuana provider is planning to invest $155 million for the construction of a 450,000 sf growing and processing facility in WARWICK, NY. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction will occur in three phases.

ILLINOIS:

Medicinal marijuana provider is planning to invest $52 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 258,000 sf growing and processing facility in ILLINOIS. The project also includes future expansion of the facility by 300,000 sf. Completion of phase 1 is slated for Fall 2022.

OHIO:

Medicinal marijuana provider is planning to invest $40 million for an expansion of their growing and processing facility at 1130 Springs Way in YELLOW SPRINGS, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

NEW YORK:

Medicinal marijuana provider is planning to invest $30 million for the expansion of their growing and processing facility on Neelytown Rd. in HAMPTONBURGH, NY by 75,000 sf. Construction will occur in multiple phases.
