Research confirms 31 new projects in the Cannabis sector.

    Planned industrial project activity within the sector decreased by 56% from the previous quarter, and is up 1% YTD from the previous year.

    Startup medicinal marijuana provider is planning for the construction of a 111,000 sf growing and processing facility at 11650 High Valley Rd. in CLEARLAKE OAKS, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    VERMONT:

    Industrial hemp mfr. is planning to invest $1.6 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on an 80,000 sf processing facility at 52 Main Street in PROCTOR, VT.

    CALIFORNIA:

    Medicinal marijuana provider is planning for the construction of a 69,000 sf growing and processing facility at 22750 Carancho Rd. in DE LUZ, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
