    Bakery company is planning to invest $84 million for a 171,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and processing facility in MEBANE, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    MISSOURI:

    Food and beverage company is planning to invest $34 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and processing facility in KIRKSVILLE, MO. Completion is slated for late Spring 2023.

     

    NEW YORK:

    Beverage company is planning to invest $30 million for an expansion of their processing facility in DUNKIRK, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    ILLINOIS:

    Food products mfr. is planning for the construction of a 1.3 million sf distribution center on Irene Rd. in BELVIDERE, IL. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2022

     

    COLORADO:

    Grocery retail chain is planning for the construction of a 300,000 sf warehouse and distribution center in AURORA, CO. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    VIRGINIA:

    Peanut processing company is planning to invest $25 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in SUFFOLK, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    OKLAHOMA:

    Startup meat processing company is planning to invest $20 million for the construction of a 55,000 sf processing facility in MIDWEST CITY, OK. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2022, with completion slated for Summer 2024.
