    The largest project is owned by General Mills Inc., who is planning to invest $100 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in WELLSTON, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Specialty food product mfr. is planning to invest $64 million for a 40,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades at their processing facility in FALL RIVER, MA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Bakery is planning to invest $49 million for a 91,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility in SPRINGDALE, AR. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    QUEBEC:

    Beverage company is planning to invest $34 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades at their processing facility in LACHINE, QC. Completion is slated for Spring 2023.

    WISCONSIN:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 341,000 sf processing facility at 9141 S. 13th St. in OAK CREEK, WI.

    CONNECTICUT:

    Ice cream mfr. is planning to invest $21 million for the expansion of their warehouse and processing facility in NEW BRITAIN, CT by 53,000 sf. They have recently received approval for the project.

    TEXAS:

    Foodbank is planning to invest $15 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on an 80,000 sf warehouse and processing facility in FORT WORTH, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2023. 

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Snack food mfr. is planning to invest $10 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a processing facility in GOLDSBORO, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

    CALIFORNIA:

    Specialty ingredient mfr. is planning for a 25,000 sf expansion of their processing facility in CROWS LANDING, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    MISSOURI:

    Brewery is planning for the renovation of 21,000 sf of production, storage, and office space at 6021 W. US Hwy. 60 in REPUBLIC, MO. They have recently received approval for the project.

    COLORADO:

    Pet food mfr. is planning for the construction of a 15,000 sf processing facility in BOULDER, CO. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
