Bakery company is planning for the construction of a 423,000 sf processing, warehouse, and office facility at 12031 Carolina Logistics Dr. in PINEVILLE, NC. They will relocate operations upon completion in late 2023.

INDIANA:

Startup meat processing company is planning to invest $25 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a processing facility in DECATUR, IN. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2022, with completion slated for Fall 2023.

CALIFORNIA:

Foodservice company is planning to invest $25 million for the construction of a 355,000 sf distribution facility at 4455 Winters St. in MCCLELLAN, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

NEW JERSEY:
