  • How can we know that industrial project intelligence will help my company?

    Our clients are any companies, sales reps, marketing leaders, and executives that need to have accurate information on new industrial project opportunities, but don’t have the time to spend hours researching projects, contacts, and company information.


  • What do I get when I sign up?

    You will receive access to an online database of private and public industrial construction, expansion, relocation, plant closings, and equipment upgrade project reports. Built within our platform, you will also have access to search over 17 million companies and 70 million decision makers with direct dial phone lines and email addresses. You will receive email notifications when new projects have been added by our research team so that you can quick take action.


  • Do I get notifications when new projects are added?

    Yes. You will receive a "New Project Alert” when a new project has been posted to our platform within your subscribed states. You are able to export or download any of the projects and contacts to PDF or XLS files.


  • How often do I get new leads?

    New projects are published live to our platform daily throughout North America. If you subscribe to a single state, it is like that new projects would be added every 2-3 days.


  • Can we specify certain types of projects?

    Yes. You can customize your account settings to only show certain project types, industries, locations, or sizes.


  • How do I search for projects?

    When logged in, you will see the main opportunity feed. This will show the most recent projects. Using the search function, you can also search for projects using a company’s name, the project type, or the location of the project.


  • If we have a few key accounts that we work with, can we search for projects with that company?

    Yes. You can search by company; which would show you all of the past and current projects that the respective company has or is working on.


  • Do you repeat or update project information?

    Sometimes. About 98% of the industrial reports that we publish will be completely new projects. However, we will occasionally post project updates if there are significant changes with the location, timeframe, or size of a project.


  • What geographic area do you cover?

    We currently provide industrial reports in all 50 states in the US and all 13 provinces in Canada.


  • How many industrial projects do your report on?

    The volume of new projects will vary based on activity in each state. Nationally, we publish approx. 9,500 new industrial projects each year. Contact us to request volume information on specific areas.


  • What size of projects do you report on?

    We typically will report on projects ranging from $500,000 and greater. However, you are able to adjust filters to only show projects with certain project size ranges.


  • Do you have plans and specifications?

    No, we do not provide project plans or specifications.


  • How long is the contract term?

    Our standard, self-service monthly billed plans are simply month to month. We make it easy to try us out. For customized plans, depending on initial setup requirements, there may be a commitment required.


  • Can I share my account?

    No. However, if you need more than 1 user account created for your team, we can accommodate that for you. We do not charge per user, so we are happy to help configure your accounts accordingly.


  • How can I change or stop receiving the email alerts?

    Email preferences can be edited by clicking on the Communications tab.


  • Are there any additional fees once my account is set up?

    No. There will never be any hidden fees or costs once you subscribe.


  • Is it safe to submit my payment information online?

    Yes. We follow all suggested digital payment processing security guidelines.
