The largest project is owned by Merck and Co., Inc., who is planning to invest $680 million for the construction of a 225,000 sf laboratory and processing facility in Durham, NC. The project also includes the expansion of their processing facility in Wilson, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

Medical supply company has recently agreed to pre-lease a 162,000 sf warehouse in GREEN OAKS, IL. They will relocate operations upon completion in January 2020.

OHIO:

Nutritional products mfr. has recently agreed to pre-lease a 368,000 sf distribution center at 2 Abbott Park Way in TIPP CITY, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
