Largest Planned Project

During the month of November, our research team identified 2 new Food and Beverage facility construction project with an estimated value of $100 million or more.

 The largest project is owned by Case Farms, who is planning to invest $126 million for a 180,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and processing facility in Winesburg, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

Seafood processor is planning to invest $110 million for the construction of a processing facility in JONESPORT, ME. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in early 2021.

ALABAMA:

Poultry processing company is investing $55 million for the construction of a warehouse and grain processing facility in ATTALLA, AL. Construction is expected to be complete in Fall 2021.

IOWA:

Specialty food ingredient mfr. is planning to invest $29 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility in CEDAR RAPIDS, IA. They have recently received approval for the project.

NEW BRUNSWICK:

Specialty frozen food mfr. is planning to invest $80 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility in GRAND FALLS, NB. Completion is slated for Spring 2021.

NORTH CAROLINA:

Tobacco company is planning to invest $70 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in GREENSBORO, NC. They will relocate operations from their manufacturing facility located in REIDSVILLE, NC upon completion in late Spring 2021.

NEW JERSEY:

Specialty meat products mfr. is planning for the construction of a 64,000 sf warehouse and processing facility in VINELAND, NJ. They have recently received approval for the project. The location allows for a future 500,000 sf expansion.

CALIFORNIA:

Specialty seafood processor is planning for the construction of a 500,000 sf aquaculture growing and processing facility in BODEGA BAY, CA. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2020, with completion slated for late 2020.

OHIO:

Food processing company is planning to invest $36 million for a 15,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades of their office and processing facility in WEST CHESTER, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

TEXAS:

Food processing company is planning to invest $42 million for the construction of a 75,000 sf processing facility in AMARILLO, TX. They have recently received approval for the project.

INDIANA:

Startup coffee company is investing $22 million and has recently started the construction of a 60,000 sf processing facility at 2755 E. Division Rd. in KNOX, IN.
