Largest Planned Project
During the month of June, our research team identified 2 new Food and Beverage facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million of more.
The largest project is owned by Ben E Keith Company, who is planning to construct a new, 425,000 square foot office and distribution center in New Brockton, AL. Construction is expected to start in Dec. 2019. They will relocate their corporate HQ operations upon completion in Dec. 2021.

Meat processing company is investing $26 million for the construction of a 105,000 sf processing, warehouse, and cold storage facility on Jacks Bridge Rd. in LONDONDERRY, NH. Construction has recently started, with completion slated for February 2020.
OHIO:
Organic baby food mfr. is planning to invest $32 million for the construction of a 90,000 sf warehouse and processing facility in HEATH, OH. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for January 2020.
PENNSYLVANIA:
Online restaurant supply company is planning to invest $33 million for the construction of a 586,000 sf distribution center in BLOOMSBURG, PA. They have recently received approval for the project.
TEXAS:
Produce company has recently started the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 635,000 sf hemp growing and processing facility in MONAHANS, TX. Completion is slated for Summer 2019.
ARKANSAS:
Peanut processing company is planning to invest $20 million for the construction of a 150,000 sf processing plant at 9701 C.W. Post Rd. in JONESBORO, AR. They have recently received approval for the project.
KENTUCKY:
Distillery is planning to invest $12 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of a production facility on Dee Head Rd. in NEW HAVEN, KY. They have recently received approval for the project.
