    Largest Planned Project 

    During the month of September, our research team identified 2 new Industrial Manufacturing facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.

    Top 10 Tracked Industrial Manufacturing Projects 

    LOUISIANA:

    Global medical equipment mfr. is planning for the construction of an 800,000 sf distribution facility at Ochsner Boulevard Extension in COVINGTON, LA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They plan to relocate regional operations upon completion. 

    MICHIGAN:

    Automotive mfr. is planning for the construction of a 450,000 sf manufacturing facility in WARREN, MI. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2021. 

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Industrial tool and supplies distributor has recently started the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 756,000 sf office and distribution facility at 4100 Beechwood Dr. in HIGH POINT, NC. 

    OHIO:

    Candle mfr. is planning to invest $31 million for the construction of a 280,000 warehouse and manufacturing facility on Innovation Campus Way in NEW ALBANY, OH. They will relocate a portion of their regional operations upon completion in late Spring 2020. 

    INDIANA:

    Aircraft components mfr. has recently agreed to lease a 57,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 845 Airtech Pkwy. in PLAINFIELD, IN. They will relocate operations in December 2019. 

    MINNESOTA:

    HVAC equipment mfr. is planning for a 150,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facility at 1001 21st Avenue NW in OWATONNA, MN. They have recently received approval for the project. 

    NEW JERSEY:

    Hair care products supplier is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 58,000 sf warehouse at 6910-6930 Central Hwy. in PENNSAUKEN, NJ. 

    CALIFORNIA:

    Health supplement mfr. will relocate and is planning for the renovation of a recently acquired 64,000 sf warehouse and production facility at 1709 La Costa Meadows Drive in SAN MARCOS, CA. 

    TEXAS:

    Global chemical and plastic company is planning to invest $18 million for the construction of a 160,000 sf warehouse and manufacturing facility at 12222 Port Dr. in PASADENA, TX. Construction is expected to start in November 2019, with completion slated for March 2021. 

    WISCONSIN:

    Electronic components mfr. is planning for the construction of a 260,000 sf office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility at 12001 Braun Road in MOUNT PLEASANT, WI. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Fall 2020.
