    The largest project is owned by Metro Inc., who is investing $420 million for the construction of a 600,000 sf distribution center in TERREBONNE, QC. Completion is slated for 2023.

    Nutritional and food additive products mfr. is planning to invest $125 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility in ROME, GA. Completion is slated for early 2021.

     

    SOUTH DAKOTA:

    TENNESSEE:

    Bakery company is planning to invest $225 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility on Apison Pike in COLLEGEDALE, TN. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2020.

    Energy drink mfr. is expanding and planning for the construction of a 700,000 sf distribution center on a recently acquired 67-acre site in GLENDALE, AZ. Completion is slated for 2021.

     

    KENTUCKY:

    Specialty food mfr. is planning to invest $90 million for a 185,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades at their processing facility in MUNFORDVILLE, KY. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2021.

     

    CALIFORNIA:

    Beverage bottling and distribution company has recently started the construction of a 422,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 3685 Massie Court in WEST SACRAMENTO, CA. Completion is slated for Fall 2020.

     

    ILLINOIS:

    Snack food mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 177,000 sf processing facility at 1415 West 44th St. in CHICAGO, IL. They will relocate operations upon completion.

     

    SASKATCHEWAN:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning to invest $20 million for the construction of a processing facility in ROWATT, SK. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2020, with completion slated for 2021.
