The largest project is owned by SK Innovation, who is planning to invest $940 million for the construction of a 430,000 sf manufacturing facility at their manufacturing complex in COMMERCE, GA.

INDIANA:

Pharmaceutical company is expanding and investing $112 million for the construction of a 72,000 sf processing and laboratory facility at their manufacturing campus in BLOOMINGTON, IN.

PENNSYLVANIA:

Aluminum can and glass bottle mfr. is planning to invest $366 million for the construction of a 908,000 sf manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, and office facility in OLYPHANT, PA. They have recently received approval for the project.

GEORGIA:

Mattress mfr. is planning to invest $21 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 520,000 sf manufacturing facility in MCDONOUGH, GA. They expect to start operations in 2021.

KENTUCKY:

Home appliance mfr. is planning to invest $62 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facility in LOUISVILLE, KY. Completion is slated for early 2021.

NEBRASKA:

Medical device mfr. is planning to invest $70 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facility in BROKEN BOW, NE. They have recently received approval for the project.

OHIO:

Aluminum supplier has recently started the construction of a 240,000 sf warehouse and manufacturing facility on Eastern Road in NORTON, OH. They will consolidate operations upon completion.

VIRGINIA:

Medical device mfr. is planning to invest $35 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their warehouse and manufacturing facility in LYNCHBURG, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.

CONNECTICUT:

Aerospace components mfr. is planning for the construction of a 100,000 sf manufacturing facility at 132 Shelland St. in MILFORD, CT. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will consolidate operations upon completion.

ILLINOIS:

Electric truck mfr. is planning for the expansion of their warehouse and manufacturing facility in NORMAL, IL by 472,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for early 2021.

MICHIGAN:

Automobile seat mfr. is planning to invest $15 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facility in DETROIT, MI. The project also includes a 20,000 sf expansion of their manufacturing facility in LANSING, MI.
