The project includes the renovation and equipment upgrades of their existing plant in MCDONOUGH, GA. Completion is slated for early 2022.

     

    Ohio:

    Industrial uniform and linen services provider is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 255,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility in MIDDLETOWN, OH.

     

    Iowa:

    Global online retailer is planning to invest $55 million for the construction of a 269,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 2300 Shiloh Rose Parkway SW in BONDURANT, IA. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    Illinois:

    Logistics service provider is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on 1-million sf of recently leased warehouse and distribution space at 1023 East Laraway Road in JOLIET, IL. Completion is slated for Spring 2021.

     

    Mississippi:

    Global shipping company is planning to invest $60 million for the construction of an 88,000 sf distribution center at 200 W. Marketridge Drive in RIDGELAND, MS. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2021.

     

    North Carolina:

    Restaurant chain is planning to invest $52 million for the construction of a 182,000 sf distribution center on Park Center Drive in MEBANE, NC. Construction is expected to start in early 2021, with completion slated for Spring 2022.
