    Automotive mfr. is investing $2 billion for the construction of a manufacturing facility in DETROIT, MI. They also plan to invest $900 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility at 2101 Connor Street in DETROIT, MI.

     

    OHIO:

    Automotive mfr. investing $2 billion for the construction of a battery manufacturing facility in LORDSTOWN, OH. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2020.

     

    TENNESSEE:

    EV battery mfr. is considering investing $2 billion for the construction of a manufacturing facility and currently seeking a site in TENNESSEE.

     

    TEXAS:

    Steel company is considering investing $2 billion for the construction of a manufacturing facility in BROWNSVILLE, TX.

     

    ILLINOIS:

    Automotive mfr. is investing $1 billion for the expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility at 12600 S. Torrence Ave. in CHICAGO, IL and their manufacturing facility at 1000 Lincoln Hwy. in CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL.

     

    MICHIGAN:

    Automotive mfr. is considering investing $1 billion for the construction of a 1 million sf manufacturing facility in FLINT, MI.

     

    MISSOURI:

    Automotive mfr. is considering investing $1 billion for the expansion and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facility at 1500 Highway A in WENTZVILLE, MO.

     

    NEW YORK:

    Semiconductor components mfr. is investing $1 billion for the construction of a 480,000 sf manufacturing facility in MARCY, NY. Completion is slated for 2022.

     

    PENNSYLVANIA:

    Steel company is investing $1 billion for an expansion and equipment upgrades at their manufacturing facilities in BRADDOCK, PA and in CLAIRTON, PA.
