    Largest Planned Project 

    During the month of February, our research team identified 4 new Industrial Manufacturing facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more. 

    The largest project is owned by Nucor Steel, who is planning to invest $300 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility in HUGER, SC. They have recently received approval for the project.

    INDIANA:

    Automobile mfr. is planning to invest $158 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their warehouse and manufacturing facility in LAFAYETTE, IN. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2020.

     

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Biotechnology company is planning to invest $109 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of a recently acquired processing facility in SANFORD, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    WASHINGTON:

    Aerospace technology company is planning to invest $145 million for the expansion of their manufacturing facility in SPOKANE, WA by 75,000 sf. Construction is expected to start in 2021.

     

    TENNESSEE:

    Automotive parts mfr. is planning to invest $87 million for the expansion of their manufacturing facility in LEWISBURG, TN by 236,000 sf. Completion is slated for Summer 2021.

     

    VIRGINIA:

    Water heater mfr. is planning to invest $78 million for a 592,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on a warehouse and manufacturing facility at 3000 John Deere Road in TOANO, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    SOUTH CAROLINA:

    Custom packaging film mfr. is planning to invest $43 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a manufacturing facility at 234 Grace Ave. in LANCASTER, SC. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for January 2021.

     

    OHIO:

    Steel products mfr. is planning to invest $70 million for the construction of a 250,000 sf manufacturing facility in DELTA, OH. Watch SalesLeads for updates.

    Industrial equipment mfr. is planning to invest $45 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facility in WARREN, MI. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    COLORADO:

    Aerospace company is investing $80 million for a 40,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility in PUEBLO, CO. Completion is slated for 2021.

     

    FLORIDA:

    Steel fabrication company is planning to invest $30 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility at 16770 Rebar Rd. in JACKSONVILLE, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
