Municipality is planning to invest $36 million for the construction of a warehouse and meat processing facility in OTTAWA, ON. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2021, with completion slated for Fall 2022.

PENNSYLVANIA:

Global logistics company has recently agreed to pre-lease a 465,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 11601 Roosevelt Blvd. in PHILADELPHIA, PA. They expect to occupy the facility in Summer 2021.

CALIFORNIA:

Refrigerated warehousing service provider is planning for the construction of a 576,000 sf cold storage warehouse at 1101 Del Norte Blvd. in OXNARD, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

UTAH:

Utility pole mfr. is planning to invest $35 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 240,000 sf manufacturing and distribution facility at Ft. Pierce Industrial Park in ST. GEORGE, UT. They have recently received approval for the project.

WISCONSIN:

Global online retailer is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on 540,000 sf of warehouse and distribution space at 11800 W. Burleigh St. in WAUWATOSA, WI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

ARIZONA:

Automotive parts supplier is planning for the construction of a 250,000 sf distribution center in KINGMAN, AZ. They have recently received approval for the project.
