Minnesota:

Real estate development company is planning to invest $31 million for the construction of a 170,000 sf refrigerated warehouse and distribution facility in ALBERT LEA, MN. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2021, with completion slated for late 2021.

Michigan:

Global online retailer is planning for the construction of an 823,000 sf distribution center in DETROIT, MI. They are also planning for the construction of an additional four distribution centers in HAZEL PARK, HURON TOWNSHIP, PLYMOUTH, and PONTIAC, MI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
