    Semiconductor components mfr. is planning to invest $75 million for the construction of a 725,000 sf warehouse and office facility at 9700 US Highway 290E in AUSTIN, TX. Completion is slated for early 2022.

    Georgia:

    Home goods mfr. is planning to invest $45 million for the construction of a 275,000 sf warehouse and manufacturing facility in WINDER, GA. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2021.

    Minnesota:

    Real estate development company is planning to invest $31 million for the construction of a 170,000 sf refrigerated warehouse and distribution facility in ALBERT LEA, MN. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2021, with completion slated for late 2021.

    Michigan:

    Global online retailer is planning for the construction of an 823,000 sf distribution center in DETROIT, MI. They are also planning for the construction of an additional four distribution centers in HAZEL PARK, HURON TOWNSHIP, PLYMOUTH, and PONTIAC, MI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Ohio:

    Fabric and craft retailer is planning for the construction of an 800,000 sf distribution center in WEST JEFFERSON, OH. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2022.
