    The largest project is owned by Platinum Crush, LLC., who is planning to invest $350 million for the construction of a processing facility in ALTA, IA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2021, with completion slated for early 2024.

    Peanut production company is planning to invest $64 million for the construction of a processing facility in ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Spring 2022.

     

    VIRGINIA:

    Restaurant chain is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 57,000 sf processing facility in VERONA, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    TEXAS:

    Food bank is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 100,000 sf refrigerated warehouse and distribution facility in CORPUS CHRISTI, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    MINNESOTA:

    Cooperative food wholesaler is planning for the construction of a 330,000 sf fresh and frozen warehouse and distribution facility in ST. CLOUD, MN. They are currently seeking approval for the project. The site allows for a future 470,000 sf expansion.

     

    ONTARIO:

    Agricultural co-operative is planning to invest $16 million for the construction of a fertilizer coating plant in ST. THOMAS, ON. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2021, with completion slated for early Fall 2022.

     

    IOWA:

    Meat processing company is planning to invest $15 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in COLUMBUS JUNCTION, IA. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    NEBRASKA:

    Snack food mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on 123,000 sf of recently leased processing space in WACO, NE.

     

    WASHINGTON:

    Fresh produce company is planning for the construction of a 78,000 sf processing facility in PASCO, WA. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    KANSAS:

    Beverage company is planning for the expansion of their distribution center at 127th St. and Kansas City Rd. in OLATHE, KS by 74,500 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Spring 2022.
