    SEDALIA and NEW BRIGDEN, AB

    Renewable energy company is planning to invest $420 million for the construction of a 300MW wind farm on a 47,000 acre site near SEDALIA and NEW BRIGDEN, AB. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2023.

     

    ALTA, IA

    Startup soybean processing company is planning to invest $350 million for the construction of a processing facility in ALTA, IA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2021, with completion slated for early 2024.

     

    HUNTSVILLE, AL

    Automotive manufacturer is planning to invest $288 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility in HUNTSVILLE, AL. They have recently received approval for the project.
