    During the month of November, our research team identified 36 new General Industrial facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.

    The largest project is owned by Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC., who is planning to invest $9 billion for the construction of a processing facility in ORANGE, TX. Construction is expected to begin in 2026.

    TENNESSEE:

    Chemical products mfr. is considering investing $3.2 billion for the construction of a manufacturing facility in the CLARKSVILLE, TN area.

    GEORGIA:

    Battery mfr. is planning to invest $2.5 billion for the construction of a manufacturing facility in NEWNAN, GA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in 2025.

    MISSISSIPPI:

    Steel company is planning to invest $2 billion for the construction of a manufacturing facility in COLUMBUS, MS. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2025.

    TEXAS:

    Oil and gas company is planning to invest $850 million for the construction of a methane shipping terminal on Mansfield Ferry Rd. in ORANGE, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in early 2023, with completion slated for Spring 2025.

    COLORADO:

    Biotechnology company is planning to invest $784 million for the expansion of their manufacturing, warehouse, and office complex in FREDERICK, CO. Completion is slated for late 2024.

    TEXAS:

    Renewable energy company is planning to invest $750 million for the construction of a 300 MW power plant in ODESSA, TX. Construction is expected to start in 2024, with completion slated for 2026.

    QUEBEC:

    Automotive mfr. is planning to invest $700 million for the construction of a battery manufacturing facility in BECANCOUR, QC. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in 2023.

    NEW YORK:

    Renewable energy company is planning to invest $550 million for the construction of a 500 MW solar farm in GENESEE COUNTY, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Startup steel company is planning to invest $500 million for the construction of a manufacturing facility in OSCEOLA, AR. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2023, with completion slated for early 2025.

    ARIZONA:
