    Snack food mfr. is planning to invest $180 million for the construction of a 355,000 sf warehouse and distribution center at 1496 S. Poinciana Blvd. in KISSIMMEE, FL. Construction will start in early 2022, with completion slated for 2024.

    Sarasota, FL

    Municipality is planning to invest $169 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their water treatment processing plant in SARASOTA, FL. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2025.

    Tampa, FL

    Real estate development company is planning to invest $160 million for the construction of a 300,000 sf cardboard recycling plant in TAMPA, FL. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2022.

    Riviera Beach, FL

    Municipality is planning to invest $150 million for the construction of a wastewater treatment processing plant in RIVIERA BEACH, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Orlando, FL

    Medical supplies distributor is planning to invest $103 million for the construction of a 475,000 sf distribution center at 3056 Tradeport Dr. in ORLANDO, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate operations upon completion.

    Foodservice distributor is planning to invest $55 million for the construction of a 427,000 sf distribution center on Becker Rd. in PORT ST. LUCIE, FL. Construction is expected to start in early 2022, with completion slated for Summer 2023.
