    Largest Planned Industrial Construction Project

    During the month of December, our research team identified 25 new General Industrial facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.

    The largest project is owned by Venture Global LNG, Inc., who is planning to invest $10 billion for the construction of a warehouse and processing facility in CAMERON, LA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Automotive mfr. is planning to invest $3 billion for the construction of a battery manufacturing facility in LIBERTY, NC. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2025.

     

    ONTARIO:

    PENNSYLVANIA:

    Biotechnology company is planning to invest $575 million for the construction of a 500,000 sf laboratory and office facility on Drexel University's campus in PHILADELPHIA, PA. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2022.

     

    WISCONSIN:

    Pulp and paper company is planning to invest $500 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and manufacturing facility in GREEN BAY, WI. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    OKLAHOMA:

    EV mfr. is planning to invest $400 million for the construction of a manufacturing facility in PRYOR, OK. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2024. The project also includes the establishment of a technology center in TULSA, OK.

     

    INDIANA:

    Distillery is planning to invest $400 million for the construction of a production facility in CHARLESTOWN, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    TEXAS:

    Medical glove mfr. is planning to invest $350 million for the construction of a 2.4 million manufacturing, distribution, and laboratory complex in ALVIN, TX. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction will occur in phases, with the completion of the first phase, slated for late 2022.

     

    GEORGIA:

    Building materials mfr. is planning to invest $340 million for the construction of a manufacturing facility in GRAND RAPIDS, MI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    TEXAS:

    Biotechnology company is planning to invest $300 million for the expansion of their processing facility in COLLEGE STATION, TX by 130,000 sf. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2024.
