    Poultry processing company is planning to invest $208 million for the construction of a 121,000 sf processing facility in HANCEVILLE, AL. Completion is slated for Summer 2023.

    ILLINOIS:

    Fresh produce company is planning to invest $60 million for the construction of a 220,000 sf processing and storage facility at 1924 W. 46th St. in NEW CITY, IL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    ONTARIO:

    Food industry redistributor is planning to invest $39 million for the construction of a 127,000 sf warehouse and distribution center in INGERSOLL, ON. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2023. The site will allow for a future 375,000 sf expansion.

    TEXAS:

    Frozen ice treat mfr. is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 42,000 sf processing facility in LOCKHART, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    CALIFORNIA:

    Seed processing company is planning to invest $27 million for an expansion of their warehouse and processing facility in WOODLAND, CA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    MARYLAND:

    Beverage company is planning for the construction of a 600,000 sf processing facility in SPARROWS POINT, MD. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Spring 2023.

     PENNSYLVANIA:

    Brewery is planning to invest $25 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 250,000 sf production facility on Sathers Dr. in PITTSTON TOWNSHIP, PA. Completion is slated for Spring 2023.

    KENTUCKY:

    Pet food mfr. is planning to invest $15 million for an expansion of their processing facility on Turner Court in BOWLING GREEN, KY. They are currently seeking approval. Completion is slated for early 2025.

    NEW YORK:

    Foodbank is planning to invest $13 million for the construction of a 40,000 sf warehouse and distribution center in MONTGOMERY, NY. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2024.

     SOUTH CAROLINA:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning to invest $12 million for an expansion of their warehouse and processing facility in SALUDA, SC. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2022.
