    The largest project is owned by Walmart, who is planning to invest $350 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their distribution center at 2200 7th Ave SW. in CULLMAN, AL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Texas:

    Solar panel mfr. is investing $250 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on manufacturing and warehouse space at 3000 Skyline Drive in MESQUITE, TX. Completion is slated for late 2023.

    California:

    Food service distributor is planning to invest $150 million for the construction of a 1-million sf distribution center on 10th St. W in PALMDALE, CA. Construction is expected to begin in late 2023, with completion slated for late 2024.

    Indiana:

    Steel company is planning to invest $115 million for the construction of a manufacturing and warehouse facility adjacent to their existing plant in CRAWFORDSVILLE, IN. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2025.

    New York:

    Food bank is planning to invest $99 million for the construction of a 200,000 sf warehouse, food prep, and office facility at 4832 Camp Rd. in HAMBURG, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2024 and they will relocate their operations upon completion.

    California:

    Textile company is planning to invest $95 million for the construction of an 816,000 sf distribution center in VICTORVILLE, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Quebec:

    Aviation service provider is planning to invest $70 million for the construction of a 105,000 sf hangar and warehouse facility in MIRABEL, QC. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Fall 2024.

    Tennessee:

    Specialty chemical mfr. is planning to invest $48 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in MEMPHIS, TN. The project also includes the expansion of their warehouse at 1248 Warford St. in MEMPHIS, TN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Illinois:

    Aerospace company is planning to invest $29 million for the expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their warehouse, service, and maintenance facility in CAHOKIA HEIGHTS, IL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Nevada:

    Beverage distribution company is planning to invest $26 million for the expansion of their distribution facility in LAS VEGAS, NV. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Missouri:

    Hardware retailer is planning for the construction of a 1.5 million sf distribution center in KANSAS CITY, MO. Completion is slated for Summer 2025.
