MICHIGAN:
Chemical company is planning to invest $785 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facilities in MIDLAND, MI and AUBURN, MI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
SOUTH DAKOTA:
Food processing company is planning to invest $750 million for the construction of a 700,000 sf processing and warehouse facility in SIOUX FALLS, SD. They have recently received approval for the project.
ONTARIO:

SOUTH CAROLINA:
