    SalesLeads announced today the May 2022 results for the new planned capital project spending report for the Food and Beverage industry.     During the month of May, our research team identified 2 new Food and Beverage facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.

    The largest project is owned by Phyto Organix Foods, who is planning to invest $225 million for the construction of a 100,000 sf processing facility in STRATHMORE, AB. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2024.

    Salt mfr. is planning to invest $68 million for a 50,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in ST. CLAIR, MI. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Fall 2024.

    Snack food mfr. is planning to invest $50 million for the construction of a processing facility in AIRDRIE, AB. They have recently received approval for the project.

    PENNSYLVANIA:

    Hog farm is planning to invest $47 million for the construction of a feed mill and processing facility at 2142 Old Route 15 in NEW COLUMBIA, PA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    GEORGIA:

    Hydroponic farming company is planning to invest $34 million for the construction of a 210,000 sf processing facility in MONROE, GA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    INDIANA:

    Meat processing company is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 120,000 sf processing facility at 628 Hoffman St. in HAMMOND, IN. They have recently received approval for the project.

    WISCONSIN:

    Beverage company is planning for the construction of a 500,000 sf processing facility in EAU CLAIRE, WI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    CALIFORNIA:

    Beverage company is planning for the construction of a 205,000 sf warehouse at 791 E North Ave in FRESNO, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Snack food mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 125,000 sf processing facility in KINGS MOUNTAIN, NC. The site allows for a future 75,000 sf expansion.

    MAINE:

    Startup seafood processor is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 100,000 sf processing facility in GOULDSBORO, ME. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    ILLINOIS:

    Seafood company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on 81,000 sf of warehouse space in LOMBARD, IL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
