    During the month of March, our research team identified 2 new Industrial Manufacturing facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.

    The largest project is owned by Crown Cork And Seal, USA, Inc., who is investing $147 million and has recently started the construction of a 327,000 sf manufacturing facility at 1318 Commonwealth Boulevard in BOWLING GREEN, KY. They expect to be operational in Spring 2021.

    Automotive mfr. Is expanding and planning to invest $100 million for a 358,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility at 11509 Mack Ave. in DETROIT, MI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    VIRGINIA:

    Startup pulp recycling company is planning to invest $49 million for the construction of a processing facility in CHESAPEAKE, VA. They have recently received approval for the project. They plan to be operational in 2021.

     

    ALABAMA:

    Automobile components mfr. is planning to invest $24 million for an expansion of their manufacturing facility in AUBURN, AL. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    FLORIDA:

    Recycled plastic bottle mfr. is planning to invest $80 million for the construction of a manufacturing facility and currently seeking a site in ORLANDO, FL. Watch SalesLeads for updates.

     

    GEORGIA:

    Automotive parts mfr. is investing $60 million for the construction of an 87,000 sf warehouse and manufacturing facility on Martin Luther King Dr. in ADAIRSVILLE, GA. Construction has recently started, with completion slated for 2022.

     

    INDIANA:

    Automotive components mfr. is planning to invest $42 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of a recently leased 260,000 sf manufacturing facility in BLUFFTON, IN. They expect to be operational in Summer 2021.

     

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Power tool mfr. is planning to invest $25 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility at 1980 Indian Creek Rd. in LINCOLNTON, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    OHIO:

    Cosmetic company is planning to invest $35 million for an expansion of their manufacturing facility in CINCINNATI, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    KANSAS:

    Home decor products mfr. is planning for the construction of an 83,000 sf distribution and manufacturing facility at Webb Road in WICHITA, KS. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2020.

     

    FLORIDA:

    Contact lens mfr. is planning to invest $24 million for the expansion of their manufacturing facility in JACKSONVILLE, FL by 15,000 sf. They have recently received approval for the project.
