ONTARIO:

Global online retailer is investing $200 million for the construction of a 450,000 sf distribution center at Citigate Business Park in BARRHAVEN, ON. Construction has recently started, with completion slated for Fall 2021

ARIZONA:

Global shipping company is planning for the construction of a 246,000 sf distribution center at 152nd Ave. in LITCHFIELD PARK, AZ. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

GEORGIA:

Online fashion resale company is investing $29 million for the construction of a 270,000 sf distribution center at 580 Horizon Dr. in SUWANEE, GA. They expect to start operations in early 2020.

ILLINOIS:

Industrial equipment supplier is planning for a 460,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades of their distribution facility in ELMHURST, IL. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in late 2020, with completion slated for Summer 2022.

KANSAS:

Global online retailer is planning for the construction of a 1 million sf warehouse and distribution facility in PARK CITY, KS. Completion is slated for late Summer 2021.

TENNESSEE:
