    ALABAMA:

    Startup medical equipment mfr. has started the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 100,000 sf manufacturing facility at 1600 State Docks Road in EUFAULA, AL. Completion is slated for Fall 2020.

     

    INDIANA:

    Medical device mfr. is investing $14 million for the construction of a 36,000 sf manufacturing facility at Park 30 Business Center in COLUMBIA CITY, IN. Construction has recently started, with completion slated for late 2020. The site will allow for a future 28,000 sf expansion.

     

    MASSACHUSETTS:

    Pharmaceutical company is planning to invest $21 million for the renovation of a recently leased 230,000 sf processing, office, and laboratory facility at 200 Tech Drive in NORWOOD, MA. They will relocate a portion of their operations from CAMBRIDGE, MA upon completion.
