    The largest project is owned by Merck Animal Health, who is planning to invest $100 million for the expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades of their processing facility in DE SOTO, KS.

    ILLINOIS:

    Automotive mfr. has recently agreed to pre-lease a 359,000 sf assembly space facility in CHICAGO, IL. They expect to occupy the space in Summer 2021.

     

    MASSACHUSETTS:

    Biotechnology company is planning to invest $75 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their laboratory and processing facility in CANTON, MA. Completion is slated for 2023.

     

    MICHIGAN:

    Automotive seat mfr. is planning to invest $35 million for a 5,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and manufacturing facility in HIGHLAND PARK, MI. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    NEW BRUNSWICK:

    Lumber company is planning to invest $35 million for a 14,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility in DOAKTOWN, NB. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2020, with completion slated for Spring 2021.

     

    NEW YORK:

    Plastic recycling company is planning to invest $7 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades of a 205,000 sf manufacturing facility on State Fair Blvd. in SYRACUSE, NY.

     

    OHIO:

    Skincare and hygiene products mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 325,000 sf processing facility in MAPLE HEIGHTS, OH.

     

    SOUTH CAROLINA:

    Specialty building materials mfr. is planning to invest $26 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades of their manufacturing facility at 450 Old Brickyard Rd. in GREENWOOD, SC. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    SOUTH DAKOTA:

    Biomedical research equipment mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on 367,000 sf of recently acquired manufacturing and distribution space in NORTH SIOUX CITY, SD.
