    Warehousing and logistics service provider is planning to invest $41 million for the construction of a 181,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility on Williams St. in DUNKIRK, NY. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    Tennessee:

    Pharmacy and retail chain is planning to invest $30 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 110,000 sf warehouse at 3922 Tchulatech Dr. in MEMPHIS, TN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    Georgia:

    Temperature-controlled logistics service provider is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 499,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 521 Morgan Lakes Blvd. in POOLER, GA. Completion is slated for late Summer 2021.

     

    New Jersey:

    Frozen food and ice-cream distributor is planning for the construction of a 344,000 sf office, warehouse, and distribution facility in LOGAN, NJ. They have recently received approval for the project. They will consolidate operations upon completion.
