    Specialty non-dairy products mfr. is planning to invest $36 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 280,000 sf processing facility at 7550 Oak Grove Rd. in FORT WORTH, TX. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    OHIO:

    Specialty food mfr. is planning to invest $18 million for the expansion of their processing facility in COLUMBUS, OH by 17,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2021.

     

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning to invest $15.5 million for an expansion of their processing facility in BURGAW, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    NEW YORK:

    Meal delivery service provider is planning for the renovation of 92,000 sf of recently leased office space at 28 E. 28th St. in NEW YORK, NY. They will relocate corporate HQ operations upon completion.

     

    NOVA SCOTIA:

    Seafood company is planning to invest $8.2 million for the construction of a processing facility in DIGBY, NS. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Fresh produce wholesaler is expanding and planning to invest $7 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 109,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility in MONROE, NC. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
