    Metal packaging mfr. is planning to invest $52 million for the construction of a 750,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility in ROME, GA. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    Tennessee:

    Personal care products mfr. is planning to invest $48 million for the construction of a warehouse and distribution facility in SOMERVILLE, TN. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    Louisiana:

    Logistics service provider is planning to invest $42 million for the expansion of their warehouse on Jourdan Rd. in NEW ORLEANS, LA. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Spring 2022.

     

    Ohio:

    Home furnishing retail chain is planning to invest $40 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 1 million sf distribution center in OBETZ, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    Georgia:
