    Meat processing company is planning to invest $48 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades of their processing facility in PINE BLUFF, AR. Completion is slated for late 2021.

     

    NEW JERSEY:

    Meal delivery service provider is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 340,000 sf distribution center at 450 Swedesboro Ave. in EAST GREENWICH, NJ. Completion is slated for 2022.

     

    TEXAS:

    Cheese mfr. is planning for the construction of a 282,000 sf warehouse and processing facility in ABILENE, TX. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    TENNESSEE:

    Startup distillery is planning to invest $20 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 20,000 sf production facility in ALCOA, TN. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Fall 2021.

     

    WISCONSIN:

    Meat processing company is planning for the construction of a 199,000 sf warehouse and processing facility in FRANKLIN, WI. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate operations upon completion.

     

    OKLAHOMA:

    Pet food mfr. is planning for the expansion of their warehouse and processing facility in CLINTON, OK by 85,000 sf. Construction is expected to start in late 2021.

     

    MISSOURI:

    Seed processing company is planning to invest $6 million for the construction of a warehouse at 2334 Rochester Ave. in KANSAS CITY, MO. They have recently received approval for the project.
